I find yoga keeps me more flexible and mobile. Julie gives a wide range of movements to suit everyone. The relaxation given at the end is great as I find it hard to relax. A very good all round yoga class. Jane

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Julie and all the lovely people that attend her class at Marehay on a Tuesday. I started a few weeks ago supporting a lady with autism who said she would like to try out the class. It has been brilliant! We have both been made to feel very welcome by all and look forward to going every week.

I have recently started Julie's class on Thursday evening and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The class are very friendly and lighthearted but get on with it and I feel as though I have had a really good workout and with the relaxation at the end very calm.

With a busy life and no time for me to relax, I always dismissed the benefits yoga could bring. I have now attended 2 weeks running with Julie and could already feel a difference in the second week. It can't be coincidence that I normally sleep 5 hours a night and on BOTH occasions that I did the yoga I slept over 7 hours (I actually had to set my alarm this week, I never need an alarm!!). Thank you Julie, an expert in everything Yoga. I haven't yet mastered totally switching off my mind during the session yet, so that's the next step!!
