What is Dru?

Dru is a Hatha style of yoga which is suitable for total beginners to experienced yogis who would like to try a different style. It focuses on energy flow, soft joints, dynamic spinal movements, and deep relaxation. It promotes physical health, emotional balance, mental clarity, and inner peace. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

The class begins with Activations (warming up the muscles and joints), then moving into an Energy Block Release sequence. Flowing through postures and finally into a relaxation / meditation.
